Can I cancel anytime? ▼
Yes. Pro and Developer are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime with no penalty. The $10 call pack is one-time — there is nothing to cancel, and credits do not expire. Enterprise agreements are annual and renew by agreement.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice and bank transfer.
Do you offer enterprise pricing? ▼
Yes. Enterprise starts at $12,000/year, scoped to seats and data coverage, invoiced annually — it includes org-wide access, 100,000 calls/day, full-history bulk export, white-label reports, an SLA and dedicated support. It is not a self-serve checkout: tell us what you are screening and we will scope it. I'm an existing founding member — does anything change? ▼
No. Your price, your plan and your access are unchanged. Founding was the Pro toolset at $99/mo; $99 is now simply what Pro costs, so there is no longer a separate founding tier to be a member of. You keep billing exactly as you were.
