Data Center Power Index verdict for Milwaukee — the market this facility sits in.

DC Hub analyst read on Milwaukee — the market this facility sits in (full deep-dive →).

Milwaukee's data center footprint remains negligible, with 25 tracked facilities representing 0 MW of operational capacity and an operator base fragmented across five entities, none commanding meaningful scale. The market's DCPI score—excess power at 47/100 paired with constraint at 36/100—reflects a structurally weak position: available power supply is moderate but constrained infrastructure limits deployment velocity. No recent M&A activity has been recorded, indicating investor disinterest or absence of compelling acquisition targets in the region. The AVOID verdict from DCPI scoring is unambiguous for acquisition-stage investors. With constraint scoring at 36/100, Milwaukee presents interconnection and buildout friction that elevates time-to-revenue and capital deployment risk. The excess-power score of 47/100—below the 50-point midline—suggests neither abundant nor critically…
