DC Hub Ships Platform Week: 74 MCP Tools, an Agent Query Planner, and Self-Repairing Infrastructure Intelligence
July 18, 2026 — DC Hub (dchub.cloud) closed out one of its largest shipping weeks since launch, expanding both what AI agents can ask of the platform and how the platform maintains itself.
- 74 MCP tools live. The DC Hub MCP server now exposes 74 tools for AI agents, spanning facility search, live grid telemetry, interconnection queues, fiber routes, gas infrastructure, water risk, tax incentives, and deal intelligence.
- plan_query, a query planner for agents. An agent describes an infrastructure question in natural language and receives an executable multi-tool plan — turning multi-step site analyses from tool-by-tool guesswork into a single planned pass.
- Smithery #1 defended, 9 of 9. DC Hub held the #1 ranking in its category on Smithery across all nine checks this week.
- Self-repair gets memory. The autonomous maintenance brain now retrieves its own fix history when diagnosing new findings (retrieval-augmented diagnosis), and tracks recurring issues as episodes rather than duplicate alerts — so a problem seen before is fixed the way that worked last time.
Platform coverage now spans 21,900+ tracked facilities across 170+ countries — 4,900+ of them independently verified — alongside 1,400+ tracked M&A and capacity deals. Agent and web traffic returned to week-over-week growth following the prior week's dip.
