Listings
DC Hub Capacity Source lists data center capacity to buy or lease: powered land, powered shells, turnkey and colocation. Search the listings by size, in kW or MW, and by location: region, country, state or metro.
Compute · coming soon
GPU compute capacity, reserved clusters and on-demand pools, is being added to Capacity Source. Only providers who agree to list will appear, and DC Hub introduces every deal the same way. Register a compute requirement to be matched first as providers are onboarded.
What customers say

Describe your requirement
Tell the capacity assistant what you need in plain words: how much, where, by when, and how it can be split. It answers from the live listings, including combinations across sites and providers, and each suggestion links to its listing so you can request an introduction.
Register your requirement for first access
Tell us what you are looking for. Registered requirements are matched against listings as they are onboarded, and every registration gets a record you can verify.
List your capacity
Operators, developers and brokers list capacity with DC Hub Capacity Source, from one site to a whole portfolio. Buyers, and the AI agents working for them, find it here and through the DC Hub MCP server, and every inquiry reaches you as an introduction from DC Hub with a lead record you can verify.
Free to list. 2% referral fee only if a deal closes.
Listing capacity on DC Hub is free of charge. If you enter into a sale, lease, joint venture or other transaction with a buyer DC Hub introduced to you, you pay DC Hub a referral fee of 2% of the transaction value; if nothing closes, you owe nothing. We also ask for one company-level LinkedIn announcement that your capacity is listed (or a link from your website, if your compliance team does not allow posts), and listings kept current at the cadence you choose: real time, weekly or monthly. The full terms are shown before you submit.
Send your inventory
Email [email protected] a spreadsheet or CSV with one row per site. DC Hub loads it and confirms each listing with you before it opens. For each site, include:
- Location
- Market, plus coordinates or an address
- Capacity
- MW available now, and MW by date as it energizes
- Largest contiguous block
- The most you can deliver as one piece, if that is less than the total, e.g. 500 kW out of 2 MW
- Smallest contract
- The least you will contract for, e.g. 1 MW out of 40 MW, or a single hall
- Power path
- Utility, substation and interconnection stage
- Delivery
- Land, powered shell, or turnkey / colocation
- Price
- A price band, or on request
- Update cadence
- Real time, weekly or monthly: how often you keep the listing current
- Contact
- Who confirms the listing. Kept private until you accept a buyer's registration
Those two decide whether a buyer's requirement fits: 2 MW with a 500 kW contiguous block is a different offer from 2 MW contiguous, and a 40 MW site willing to contract 1 MW reaches buyers that a 40 MW minimum never will.
