ERCOT reports ~474 GW of large-load requests (June 2026, about 90% data centers). Batch Zero (Sep 11 update) conditionally includes 191.8 GW (ERCOT's chart; its takeaway slide says 194.3 GW) and excludes 302.2 GW. DC Hub's infrastructure intelligence reveals which sites will survive the allocation — and which won't.

ERCOT's large-load queue is about 474 GW, roughly 90% data centers. As of Sep 11, 2026, Batch Zero conditionally includes 191.8 GW per ERCOT's chart (66.4 GW base plus 125.4 GW studied; ERCOT's takeaway slide says 194.3 GW, i.e. 127.9 GW studied, and DC Hub shows both) and excludes 302.2 GW. Energizing new data-center and crypto loads of 75 MW or more is paused until ERCOT's eligibility verification is complete; the reports are due Dec 10, 2026. Note: 191.8 GW included plus 302.2 GW excluded is not a breakdown of the ~474 GW large-load total; they are different ERCOT measures and DC Hub does not add them. A 1 GW request in the DFW corridor may receive only a fraction initially. Full capacity depends on 345/765 kV transmission upgrades arriving 2030–2032. Developers who site where megawatts are already deliverable — South Texas, Texas Plains, West Texas — face dramatically less dilution risk. DC Hub's infrastructure data quantifies this across every layer: substations, transmission lines, generation, gas pipelines, and fiber.
Geography is the new competitive moat. DC Hub's infrastructure data reveals which corridors offer real deliverable capacity versus queue congestion.
